In response to Amnesty proposal to members of the Boko Haram sect by the President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, the group rejected the offer saying that they do nothing wrong to deserved the pardon. Why? The group said it is the Federal Government of Nigeria that need the amnesty, and not them. It is worrisome again to hear that the sect is rejecting pardon for all their crimes. May be, they are not really responsible for the offences, or may be, conscience is worrying them to desire punishment than pardon. Which ever it is, some people are responsible for the killing. Dialogue is done by communication. Let us maintain open communication with the sect now. They claimed that the Federal Government is responsible for the offence probably why it deserves the amnesty. Our own response to the sect is: "How come the Federal Government deserves amnesty and not Boko Haram?"
